Mike Luvara

Mike Luvara serves as a Test Pilot at Wisk, previously involved with Zee Aero, KittyHawk, and Cora Aero, where responsibilities include test pilot duties, safety chase pilot operations, and engineering support. As the owner of RCAT Systems since 2003, Luvara has developed telemetry components for UAVs and air racing, establishing the company as a leader in the field. Prior roles include Avionics/Flight Test Engineer at Kitty Hawk, Sr. Avionics Engineer at Zee Aero, and Project Engineer for the Red Bull Stratos project at Near Space Corporation. Luvara held the position of President at the Santa Clara County Model Aircraft Skypark, overseeing one of the largest model aircraft facilities, and served as an Airshark Pilot for the San Jose Sharks. Luvara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San José State University.
