Pavan Yedavalli

Pavan Yedavalli has a diverse work experience in the field of aerospace and technology. Pavan currently holds the position of Head of Systems Simulation and Data Science at Wisk, an urban air-mobility company. Prior to this, Pavan worked as a Lead Aeronautics Researcher at USRA NASA Academic Mission Services. Pavan also served as a Project Consultant/Lead Researcher with Altiscope at A³ by Airbus, where they focused on understanding public perception of urban air mobility. Pavan's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Perpetual Systems Inc., where they served as the CEO and worked on developing networks of wireless drone charging stations. Earlier in their career, they worked at Tarana Wireless, Inc. as a Senior DSP Software Engineer, leading the design and implementation of DSP calibration modules. Pavan's experience also includes roles as a DSP Software Engineer and DSP Software Intern at Tarana Wireless.

Pavan Yedavalli holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) degree in Urban Computing from the University of California, Berkeley, which they earned from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University in 2011. Pavan began their academic journey at the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from 2006 to 2009.
