Sheng Chen

Sheng Chen is a seasoned program manager with significant experience in the aviation and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Wisk since September 2022, Sheng previously held the position of Lead Program Manager at L3Harris Commercial Aviation, where responsibilities included managing complex ERP system deployments and enhancing business efficiency through Power BI dashboards. Prior experience encompasses roles at L3Harris ACSS as Program Manager for the Lynx ADS-B Transponder products, Engineering Project Lead, and Avionics Software Engineer, where notable achievements included driving production test system innovations and receiving corporate recognition for technical contributions. Prior to L3Harris, Sheng worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer at DornerWorks, focusing on developing compliant systems and applications, and as a tutor at Grand Valley State University. Sheng holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
