Xiomara Irizarry-Rosado

Xiomara Irizarry-Rosado is a Senior Staff Design Composites Engineer at Wisk, focusing on the design of VPS and TPS Propellers for eVTOL Aircraft and providing guidance for process improvements. Previously, Xiomara served as a Staff Design Engineer at Pratt & Whitney, specializing in carbon-fiber airfoils, and worked as a Quality Manager at STAUBLI, ensuring ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Experience extends to GE Renewable Energy, where coordination in materials engineering facilitated the qualification of new composite materials, and prior roles at General Electric Manufacturing Company and General Motors provided foundational engineering skills. Xiomara holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
