Laurent Portier has extensive experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, specializing in Open Source IP telephony and unified communications. Currently serving as Directeur des Opérations at XiVO and AVENCALL@XiVO.SOLUTIONS since February 2017, Laurent Portier oversees operational strategies for the leading Open Source ToIP solution in France. Previously, Laurent Portier held the position of Manager Services & Architecte Solutions at AVENCALL from June 2009 to January 2017, focusing on architecture design and solution deployment in XiVO and Genesys environments. Laurent Portier’s career began at Nextiraone, where, from 1999 to 2009, expertise was developed as Architecte Centre de Contacts, primarily on Genesys ecosystems with a focus on SIPServer projects.
