Alexander Narcise

Alexander Narcise is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the accounting and auditing sectors. Currently serving as a Partner, Owner, and Executive at Wiss since November 2002, Alexander has contributed significantly to the field by authoring articles on depreciation, advising on the AICPA annual audit risk guide for the real estate industry, and participating in various industry panels. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as an Auditor at Ernst and Young LLP from August 1998 to October 2002 and at CohnReznick LLP from January 1996 to January 1998. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University and is an active member of NAIOP, as well as a committee member for the March of Dimes annual real estate event.
