Serge Beckers is an experienced communications professional serving as the managing partner at Wisse Kommunikatie since April 2008, specializing in crisis communications within the healthcare sector, strategic consulting, business planning, and acquisitions. This enables us to implement projects throughout the Benelux that require explicit attention for the Belgian market. InstiCOM is also engaged in lobbying and fact-finding assignments and communication projects for the European Commission.
