Cierra A. Lyons

Cierra A. Lyons is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in customer advocacy, onboarding, and support across multiple organizations. Currently at Wistia since April 2023, Cierra previously served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at LearnUpon, where responsibilities included building relationships with customers and documenting their unique goals for long-term success. Prior to that, Cierra worked at Ellucian as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on adoption support and training. Early career roles at The Knobs Company/KCH, Alert Solutions, and National Fuel Gas Company provided a solid foundation in customer service, training, and operations.
