Ingrid Pierre

Ingrid Pierre is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at Wistia since October 2020, Ingrid previously held key positions in product design at MBTA and Pepperlane, leading successful projects that enhanced digital tools and marketplaces. Ingrid's background includes significant contributions at Ovia Health, designing user-centric mobile and web applications that supported over 5 million users. Ingrid also served as a Teaching Assistant at Harvard University, receiving recognition for teaching excellence, and co-founded BetterFit Technologies, focusing on innovative design solutions in healthcare. Ingrid earned a Bachelor of Arts in Visual and Environmental Studies from Harvard University in 2012.
