Wilson Shen has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Wilson started their career at ViewSonic Global in 2007 as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for managing customer support. In 2012, they joined Compal Communications, Inc. as a Global Customer Service Supervisor before moving on to Asus Group's ASKEY COMPUTER CORP. as a Senior Director of Global Customer Service in 2014. In 2019, Wilson became the Chief of Operations EMEA Region at Wistron Corp. and also took on the role of General Manager at SMS InfoComm (Czech) s.r.o. Throughout their career, Wilson has demonstrated the ability to lead and manage teams in delivering excellent customer service and operations.
Wilson Shen has a Bachelor's degree from USCB and UC Santa Barbara. Wilson also studied Business Administration and Management, General at UCLA for a year.
