Hilde De Rous has a background in law and social law with over two decades of experience in human resources and project management. Hilde has held various HR roles in companies such as Pentair Thermal Management, Tyco Valves & Controls, and Newell Rubbermaid. Currently, Hilde serves as the Head of the HR Department at Wit-Gele Kruis Vlaams-Brabant.
