Nazib Rafe Duke

Nazib Rafe Duke is a dynamic entrepreneur and advocate for youth employment in Bangladesh. As the Founder and Captain of Wit Institute since December 2021, Nazib has focused on addressing unemployment by developing a skilled workforce. In addition, Nazib serves as a Publisher at Odommo Prokash, facilitating the publication of professional-quality printed books since February 2016. Nazib's prior experience includes a role as a Radio Jockey at Asian Radio FM 90.8 from October 2015 to September 2017, and as Co-Founder and COO of RR Foundation Institute from October 2014 to September 2017, where efforts were directed towards enhancing IT training and improving employability. Nazib holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from National University of Bangladesh, completed in 2012.
