Maxime GAILLANT has worked in the IT industry since 2008. Maxime began their career at B.R.L.INGENIERIE as Responsable Micro-Informatique et R\u00e9seau, where they managed a network of 150 Windows machines and Exchange messaging. Maxime also managed data inventories, project management, and the implementation of data management solutions. In 2011, they joined APPLE RETAIL FRANCE EURL as Mac Genius, where they trained new Genius, improved service, and provided technical support for Mac and iOS devices. Maxime was certified in 2012 for OSX, OSX Server, and IOS. In 2013, they became a Consultant Informatique at SYNAPSYS IT, and in 2015 they joined Witbe as an Incident Manager and Ing\u00e9nieur Support.

Maxime GAILLANT completed a BTS in Services Informatiques aux Organisations, with an option in Solutions d'Infrastructure, Systèmes et Réseaux, from the CFA de l'Académie de Reims.
