Penelope CESSAC has held multiple roles in the tech industry. From 2019-2022, they have worked as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern at Letmeknow, an Embedded Software Engineer Apprenticeship at EQUANS France, an Entrepreneurial project platform to centralize data related to Healthcare IoT at MedcareXpert, and as a Customer Success Manager at Witbe. At Letmeknow, they transformed innovative concepts into hardware prototypes and integrated deeply into the Delivery team to ensure quality advice to potential customers. At EQUANS France, they reduced customer inquiries by implementing a dashboard with a personal authentication and created custom software to allow customers to spend 20% less time fixing problems. At MedcareXpert, they created a platform to share and analyze patient's data through any connected device with doctors, building the website using Joomla, SQL, and JavaScript, and managing 3 developers and coordinating with 3 brands of healthcare wearable products. Lastly, at Witbe, they are currently working as a Customer Success Manager.
