Samuel Auguste has worked in the telecommunications and software industries since 2012. From 2012 to 2018, they were a Technical Account Manager at ISoft, where they deployed FraudManager software to fight against payment fraud in real time to the main French banks. From 2018 to present, they have been a Customer Success Manager LATAM at Witbe, responsible for LATAM customers and industrializing QoE tests on real devices. Additionally, they have served as an Expert Consultant for Witbe, in charge of installation of industrial equipments in the Datacenter, writing project documentations, specifications, development of test scenarios, as well as implementation of monitoring dashboards and customer reporting.

Samuel Auguste obtained an Engineering degree in Information Technology Engineering from ENSICAEN - Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Caen between 2009 and 2012.
