Thomas Chauvel has held various positions in the IT field since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Software Development Intern at Seafrigo Cold Storage, where they developed a web application for drivers based on an interface WMS. In 2014, they held a System Network Administrator position at Exel Connect, where they were responsible for installing and administering new servers, managing network infrastructure, and administering databases. That same year, they also worked as a Summer Intern at Seafrigo. In 2017, they became an IT Infrastructure & Network Administrator at CAST, providing support to 80 users in the US, efficiently gathering information for problem isolation, and providing speedy resolution. Finally, since 2019, they have been a Customer Solutions Engineer at Witbe, where they serve as the technical and functional lead for large scale QA automation using Witbe products for Tier I Broadcasters. Thomas is also responsible for customer life cycle management, anticipating customers' needs, and providing technical expertise.

Thomas Chauvel began their educational journey in 2009 when they attended Lycée Jeanne d'Arc and earned a High School degree in Economic Science. In 2012, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs. Thomas then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information from CESI École de Formation des Managers in 2014. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology Project Management from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs in 2017. In addition to their educational qualifications, Thomas has obtained several certifications from Microsoft and Stormshield, including Microsoft AZURE202x: Microsoft Azure Virtual Machines, Microsoft AZURE214x: Azure Fundamentals, CSNA: Certified Stormshield Network Administrator, and MCP: 70-410 Installing and configuring Windows Server 2012R2.
