Katie Rogers

Katie Rogers has a strong background in operations and strategy. Katie has experience working in various leadership positions for companies in different industries.

In 2013, Katie joined Harry's Inc. as the Head of Customer Experience, where they played a key role in the company's growth and expansion. Katie led and scaled the Customer Experience team, managing over 50 employees globally.

From 2018 to 2020, Katie worked as a Senior Advisor for Bullish Inc., where they provided strategic guidance on consumer operations and experience.

In 2020, they held an interim role as Chief Operating Officer for OffLimits, where they implemented operational strategies on a contract basis.

Katie also served as the Chief Operating Officer for The Cru from 2020 to 2021. In this role, they oversaw all areas of the business, including operations, finance, digital product, and marketing. Katie successfully grew the company's membership from 250 to 1,500 during their tenure.

In 2022, Katie took on the role of Chief Customer Officer for ShopStage Co on an interim, contract basis. Katie established the customer care team strategy and operation and provided guidance in various areas of the business.

Katie also worked as the Chief Of Staff for Stealth and as a Board Member for The Grace Children's Foundation and made significant contributions in these roles.

Currently, Katie is the Head of Operations at Odyssey, starting in 2022.

Katie Rogers completed their education with a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from Boston University, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Later, they pursued further education at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they completed the Stanford Ignite Certificate Program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in 2016. Additionally, they obtained a Green Belt Certification (GB) from the University of Michigan College of Engineering in June 2014. Most recently, they completed the Venture Deals Summer 2020 program offered by the Kauffman Fellows in August 2020.
