Matthew Pasienski

Matthew Pasienski is the co-founder and CEO of Pact, a global professional services organization that builds custom product and engineering solutions. Prior to Pact, Matthew was the CEO of Wize Services from August 2015 to June 2016.

Wize Services was founded in 2015 with the mission to accelerate product delivery without sacrificing the quality of engineering development. With Matthew at the helm, Wize Services partnered and deployed projects with top Fortune 500 companies and became headquartered in San Francisco with an engineering hub in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Under Matthew's leadership, the company fostered innovative energy that inspired their team and enabled them to collaborate more effectively. Matthew empowered their team to think smarter, better and with passion, attracting some of the best engineers in Mexico.

Today, Matthew continues to lead Pact with the same commitment to quality and innovation, helping their clients transform how they deliver products to market.

Matthew Pasienski received their BA in Physics and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley. Matthew then went on to receive their PhD in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
