Alexandra Borghesi, CertICSA FInstAM, serves as the Executive Director of Governance and Corporate Services at We Are With You, where responsibilities include acting as Company Secretary and Data Protection Officer. Previous roles include Deputy Secretary & Governance Officer at The Midcounties Co-operative, Senior Company Secretary Assistant and Pensions Trustee’s Clerk at Glanbia, Governance Assistant to EVP GMM Europe and EVP Merchandising & Supply Chain at Claire's Inc., and Trainee Company Secretary & Assistant to the Board at Al Rayan Bank plc. Alexandra is educated through The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, achieving the Chartered Secretary Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) in Company Secretarial Practice from 2018 to 2021, and completed an advanced course in Information Security Awareness with a focus on privacy and data protection at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) in 2020.
