Grace Marguerie Fcipd

Grace Marguerie has extensive work experience in human resources and organizational development. Grace'smost recent role is as the Executive Director of People and Inclusion at With You, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Associate Director of Human Resources at NICE from 2017 to 2022. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Group HR Director at Places for People. Before that, they worked as the HR Director at The Cambian Group from 2013 to 2014. From 2008 to 2013, they were the Director of Human Resource Management & OD at Community Integrated Care, where they played a key role in shaping the organization's HR and OD strategies. Grace has also held senior HR positions at ADS and Henshaws Society for Blind People, where they developed and implemented innovative HR strategies and managed various HR functions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at MITIE and as a UK HR Manager at KMS. Grace began their career at Task Integrated Management Services, where they managed HR and customer services for a large outsourcing company. Grace holds an MA degree and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD).

Grace Marguerie FCIPD, MA has a Post Graduate Certificate in The Psychology of Organisational Development and Change from CIPD & Bedford University. Grace also has a Post Graduate and Masters degree in Human Resource Management from The University of Salford. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications including a Certificate in Coaching from Coaching Academy, Managing Transformational Change from CIPD, Mediation Training from ACAS, Organisational Development for HR Directors from CIPD, a PG Dip. in Personnel & Development from CIPD, and a Certificate in Managing Safety from ISOH.
