Taylor Shumway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in onboarding, customer success, and training across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Cherry, Taylor has successfully led the launch of a mid-market and enterprise onboarding program and set company records in transaction volume. Previously, Taylor held roles at Entrata as a Customer Success Manager, overseeing a $5.2 million ARR client portfolio, and at Utah Sell Now as an Acquisition Manager, where top-margin deals were negotiated.
