Arthur Diniz

Arthur Diniz has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Arthur started their career as a Fullstack Developer intern at Metrópole Digital - IMD/UFRN in 2016. Later, they interned as a Frontend Developer at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, where they contributed to the development of a web application focused on IoT using ReactJS, Redux, and Socket.

In 2017, Arthur joined Superintendência de Informática - UFRN as a Software Developer. Arthur developed various single-page frontend applications using JavaScript, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS, with a strong emphasis on digital accessibility.

From 2019 to 2020, Arthur worked as a Software Engineer at Doc88, a consultant company for Comerc Energia, a major energy company in São Paulo. Arthur was responsible for developing SPAs for IoT device control systems and an HR web application. Additionally, they initiated the implementation of a design system for the company.

Prior to joining Thoughtworks in 2021, Arthur co-founded Klivo, a health tech startup from Brazil. As a Software Engineer, they collaborated in architecting the back office web app and real-time features using React and TypeScript. Arthur also implemented high-performance websites and a telemedicine web app using Next.js.

At Thoughtworks, Arthur initially worked as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a SaaS platform for a major Spanish company. Arthur mentored other engineers, served as a Technical Anchor, and advocated for best practices and tools, such as TDD and React Testing Library. In 2022, they were promoted to Senior Software Engineer, further showcasing their technical expertise.

Most recently, Arthur joined Clutch as a Software Engineer in 2023, where they continue to contribute their skills and knowledge.

Arthur Diniz completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Arthur obtained this degree between the years 2014 and 2019. In addition to their formal education, Arthur also earned several certifications. These include the Certified Lean Inception Facilitator from Caroli.org in September 2021, the EF SET English Certificate with a score of 77/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in September 2021, Clean Code with Java: Learn Simple Design, Refactoring & TDD from Udemy in August 2021, and Modern Java - Learn Java 8 features by coding it from Udemy in August 2021.
