Amarjit Kaur is a seasoned commercial disputes and employment lawyer currently serving as a Partner and Head of Employment at Withers in Singapore since October 2018. With extensive experience in high-value litigation and international arbitration, Amarjit has successfully represented Fortune 500 companies and ultra-high net-worth individuals in various complex legal matters, including shareholder disputes, corporate insolvency, employment, and professional negligence claims. Prior to joining Withers, Amarjit worked at Morgan Lewis Stamford from August 2012 to September 2018 in their Litigation, Regulations & Investigations, and Labour & Employment practice groups, and held associate positions at WongPartnership LLP and Drew & Napier LLC. Amarjit holds an LLM in Public International Law from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
