Amy Sarraff

Amy Sarraff is a Knowledge Lawyer in the Private Client and Tax Division at Withersworldwide since February 2023, supporting the UK Immigration Team by coordinating training and sharing knowledge. Previously, Amy served as a Senior Associate at Fragomen from April 2019 to January 2023, focusing on UK Immigration matters for businesses and individuals, particularly within the finance and professional services sectors. Additional experience includes roles as an Immigration Consultant at Newland Chase, Inhouse Counsel at InHouse World, and a Magistrate at the Courts and Tribunals Judiciary. Amy has a diverse background with positions at PwC, Redfern Legal LLP, Taylor Wessing, and Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy dating back to 2011, along with early legal training as a Trainee Attorney At Law in Trinidad. Educational qualifications include the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test from BPP Law School and a Bar Vocational Course from the University of the West of England, complemented by an LLB Law (Hons) from the same institution.
