Hayley Berning is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Withers since April 2022, Hayley has previously held positions including Sr. Manager, Human Resources, at Abbyson from June 2018 to March 2022, and Human Resources Manager at La Ventana Treatment Programs from August 2015 to May 2018. Hayley's career began with an internship in human resources, progressing through various HR roles at La Ventana. Hayley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, earned between 2011 and 2015.
