Kate Scarpetta

Kate Scarpetta currently serves as the Strategic Growth Lead at Flex (YC S23) since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Account Executive III at Brex from November 2022 to April 2025, and Senior Account Executive at Airbase from July 2021 to December 2022. Scarpetta began as an Account Executive and also held the title of Business Development Strategist at Blissfully from November 2018 to July 2021. Earlier career highlights include serving as Tournament Director for the 2017 PA Women's Open, where significant advancements in sponsorship and equal pay for women in sports were achieved. Scarpetta also has experience as a Symetra Tour Player with the Ladies Professional Golf Association and has worked as a private tutor and freelance writer. Educational qualifications include a degree in English, specializing in British Literature, from Princeton University (2007-2011).
