Tom Kleinman

Tom Kleinman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tom began their career at Florida Bancorp, Inc., where they served as Vice President of Operations from 2000 to 2005. In this role, they oversaw daily operations, developed a loan officer training program, and promoted the company at trade shows and client meetings. Tom then ventured into the real estate industry, working as the Owner/VP of Cypress Creek Title Corp. from 2002 to 2005. Here, they led startup operations, developed operational procedures, and set pricing structures. From 2006 to 2010, Tom worked as an Operations Manager at CMS Realty LP, where they were responsible for achieving sales and customer service goals. In 2010, they joined Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG) and held several positions. Tom worked as a Senior Finance Manager and Senior Pricing Manager from 2010 to 2020, overseeing financial and real estate sales, operations initiatives, and client relationships. Tom also served as a Senior Portfolio Manager from 2013 to 2016, negotiating deals with BHG clients and building financial proposals. In 2021, Tom joined Colonial Van Lines as a Sr. Sales Consultant, and in 2022, they started working as a Senior Account Manager at WithHealth.

From 1983 to 1989, Tom Kleinman attended the University of Florida where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Advertising and Marketing.
