Asher Chester

Asher Chester currently serves as the Executive Director of Growth & Retention and General Manager of Growth at WITHIN, having joined the company in July 2023. Previously, Asher worked as a Marketing Advisor at 6203 Advisory since January 2023 and was the Head of Client Strategy for UGC & Influencer at Archive from April 2022 to October 2022. Asher's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Performance Marketing at XenoPsi and several key positions at WITHIN, where significant leadership milestones were achieved, including the transformation of the agency from a performance marketing focus to a full-service digital media agency. Additional professional experience includes product management roles at Mutual of Omaha, INVISTA, and Nelnet. Asher holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
