F. Liliana Balbuena

F. Liliana Balbuena has a long and varied work history. F. Liliana began their career in 2006 as an Office Manager at Structure Tek, INC. In 2007, they became a Certified Spanish Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. From 2008-2013, they held various roles, including Regional Director at Omega Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, Operations Manager at T & R, INC., Personal Banker at Chase, and Senior Customer Service Representative at TD. From 2013-2016, they worked as a Senior Online Production & Compliance Coordinator at Publishers Clearing House. From 2016-2021, they held two roles, Senior Account Manager at Tag and Senior Project Manager - Marketing Client Services at Quad. F. Liliana currently holds the role of Director of Client Success at WITHIN.

F. Liliana Balbuena obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2006, with double minors in Business Administration and Latin American and Caribbean Studies. F. Liliana also holds a DMA Certified Marketing Professional certification from DMA.
