Agnieszka Mantyk

Agnieszka Mantyk has a diverse work experience in IT project management. Agnieszka started their career at Zymetric sp. z o.o. as a Trainee in 2013. Agnieszka then moved on to PV Lab Sp. z o.o., where they worked as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Junior Project Manager at both TCG and eg+ worldwide. From 2016 to 2017, they served as an eCommerce Junior Project Manager at Interactive Solutions (IS).

In 2017, Agnieszka joined Synthrone as an IT Project Manager, where they successfully managed a team of 10+ developers and testers. Agnieszka was responsible for creating tasks, stories, and managing the team's backlog in Jira. Agnieszka also provided cross-company Agile coaching and worked with business teams and clients to create business requirements for the apps. Additionally, they built and maintained business relationships with existing clients and clients' partners. Agnieszka also handled various project tasks such as creating reports, cost estimates, and project documentation. Agnieszka also conducted training for in-house and client teams.

From 2018 to 2020, Agnieszka worked at Netguru as an IT Project Manager, gaining further experience in managing IT projects.

Most recently, Agnieszka joined intent as a Senior IT Project Manager in 2020.

Agnieszka Mantyk obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie. In addition, they have obtained the Certified Professional Product Manager certification from Product Vision in March 2023. Agnieszka also holds certifications in AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM® Practitioner from APMG International, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
