Wojciech Spychalski

Wojciech Spychalski is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Intent since January 2023, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy. Previously, Wojciech held the position of Global CX Senior Manager at Gi Group Holding, overseeing candidate experience management across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM markets. Notably, as a Refugee Response Project Manager, Wojciech coordinated a global team to aid over 1100 refugees from Ukraine in finding employment and accommodation. Earlier roles include Head of Growth Marketing and Head of Performance Marketing at Agencja Whites, Senior Key Account Manager at subko&co, and Co-Founder & CEO of astigmatic.agency, among others.
