In 2018, they were a Freelance Filmmaker for Bike Easy and a Video Editor and Motion Designer for Movement Strategy. In 2019, they were a Freelance Video Editor and Motion Designer for AnalogFolk. In 2017, they were a Director, Video Editor, and Motion Designer for product/81 creative lab. In 2010, they were a Videographer, Editor, and Animator for Bayou and Me Productions. In 2015, they were a Senior Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer for Carrot - The VICE Digital Agency, and a Freelance Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist.

Tobias Arturi attended New York University's Tisch School of the Arts from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Cinematography and Film/Video Production. Tobias also attended New York University from 2002 to 2005, where they earned a BFA in Film/TV Animation.
