Sebastian Mayandia

Sebastian Mayandia has a wealth of experience in the business world. Sebastian began their career in 2008 as a Product Manager and Supply Planner for Quimica Suiza. In 2010, they moved on to become a Brand Manager for G.W. Yichang & CIA. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Category Manager and Category Manager Head for Axur SA. Sebastian then went on to become Co-Founder and Commercial Manager for Noosa SAC. In 2018, they took on the role of Project Manager for the ESMT Responsible Leaders Fellowship at Tertiary School in Business Administration (TSiBA). In the same year, they also worked as a Freelance Business Consultant. Most recently, they have been a Senior Product Manager, Operations Team Lead, and Category Manager for Withlocals since 2019.

Sebastian Mayandia has a diverse educational background. From 2003 to 2008, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima. In 2011, they completed an Executive Diploma in Marketing Management from CENTRUM PUCP. Sebastian then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Koç University in 2017 and a second Master of Business Administration - MBA from ESMT Berlin in 2018.
