James Jaconetti is an experienced leader in customer success with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Orb, James has also held pivotal roles such as VP of Customer Success at Nightfall AI and Druva, leading teams responsible for significant customer retention and expansion. Previously, James excelled as Global Head of Customer Success at Cloudflare, where a 65-person team drove substantial revenue growth. As a co-founder of New Home Solar Power, James achieved remarkable efficiencies in customer acquisition, and previous roles at Sunrun, Ephox, and King Avenue 5 showcase a diverse skill set in operational management and sales.
