Jaakko Kotila

Jaakko Kotila has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jaakko most recently served as the Head of Talent Management at WithSecure, where they designed and implemented talent management practices and strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager of People Development and Engagement at Fiskars Group, where they led strategic HR projects and developed competence development programs. Jaakko also has experience as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture and held roles in program management and account management at Aalto University Executive Education Ltd. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at both Nordic Institute of Business & Society and Aalto University, and served as a Project Manager for the Aalto University Information Technology Program.

Jaakko Kotila completed the INSEAD Strategy Program, specializing in Business Strategy and Financial Acumen, at INSEAD in 2019. From 2011 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing at Aalto University. In 2013, they briefly attended TBS Education. Earlier, from 2008 to 2010, Jaakko Kotila completed their Finnish matriculation examination at Töölön yhteiskoulun lukio. In addition to their degrees, they obtained certifications in "Elements of AI" from the University of Helsinki & Reaktor in 2018, and as a "Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist" from Scaled Agile, Inc.
