Nina Laaksonen

Nina Laaksonen has over 25 years of experience in various roles within the technology industry. Nina has held leadership positions at companies such as WithSecure, Signant Health, Nokia, and Comptel. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in agile practices, leading R&D teams, and driving efficiency and productivity. Nina has also been involved in agile transformations and has experience in product management and development. Their roles have included Vice President, Director, Head of R&D, and Product Manager. Nina has a strong background in the Telco domain and has worked with digital solutions for clinical trials and software development.

Nina Laaksonen obtained a Specialist Qualification in Management from Helsinki Business College Oy in 2016-2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Arcada University of Applied Sciences in 1997-1998. Before attending Arcada, they completed their B.Sc. in Information Technology from Tekniska läroverket in 1993-1997. Nina is currently pursuing a Certified Board Member degree from the Helsinki Chamber of Commerce, which is set to be completed in 2023.
