Paul Mignot has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paul is the Founder and CEO of Withthegrid, a company that provides an asset monitoring platform. In this role, they are responsible for digitalizing operations and improving insights for owners and operators.

Prior to founding Withthegrid, Paul had various roles at Stedin, one of the largest grid operators in the Netherlands. Paul was a member of the Carve Out project team, where they played a key role in the organizational unbundling of Stedin from the utility company Eneco. Paul also led the Capex efficiency program, focusing on improving portfolio management processes and achieving annual cost savings.

Paul's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and completing a master's thesis on biomass torrefaction and bio-SNG production at Vattenfall. Paul also had internship and research positions at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, Yellow & Blue Investment Management B.V., and the Ministry of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality.

In addition to their professional experience, Paul has participated in ultrarunning races such as the UTMB and Marathon des Sables, achieving notable rankings and demonstrating their endurance and determination.

Paul Mignot completed their MSc. in Energy Science from Utrecht University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their BSc. in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University between 2004 and 2008. In 2003, they attended Universidad de Belgrano, where they studied Spanish. Paul completed their International Baccalaureate from Vienna International School from 2001 to 2003. Lastly, they obtained their General Certificate for Secondary Education (GCSE) from Sir James Henderson British School of Milan from 1999 to 2001.
