Michael Tenny

Michael Tenny is an audit partner in Withum's Financial Services Group, where they provide audit, accounting, and business advisory services to a diverse clientele, including venture capital and private equity funds. Their expertise encompasses security transactions, initial public offerings (IPOs), and compliance under key securities regulations. Michael has successfully contributed to numerous IPOs, raising over $40 billion, primarily through Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs). They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ramapo College and are an active member of several professional accounting organizations. Prior to their current role, Michael served as a senior manager at WithumSmith+Brown and held various positions in earlier firms, including manager at Rothstein Kass.
