Ken Gordon

Ken has 25 years of leadership experience in general management, technical, and policy roles. As COO of the engineering services company CSSI, Ken oversaw $75MM of P&L and 300 direct employees. He previously directed the strategic planning process for a $700 million line of business at Raytheon. He further served as staff at the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, and a Presidentially-appointed member of the Senior Executive Service at the Department of Defense. Ken has helped many companies to scale as a business consultant. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Engineering, University of Southern California.
