James Orton

James Orton has a strong background in technology and product leadership. James currently serves as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Wise, where they are responsible for ensuring the company's solutions align with their mission of improving self-employment. Prior to this, James worked at stickee as the Digital Delivery Director, where they successfully transformed a loss-making department into a profitable division. James also held the role of Senior Web Designer at stickee. Earlier in their career, James worked as a Web Designer at Frooition, specializing in design work for eBay and e-commerce stores. James began their career as a Supervisor at Gap Inc./Gap.

James Orton obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Information Technology and Art & Design from Newman University Birmingham. In October 2016, they also obtained a DoubleClick Studio Certification from Google, scoring 100%.
