Raj Maiton

Raj Maiton has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in the field of frontend development. Raj is currently working as a Lead Frontend Engineer at Wise since November 2022. Prior to this, Raj held the position of Technical Lead at Boomin from November 2021 to November 2022, and also worked as a Frontend Developer at Boomin from April 2020 to November 2021.

Before joining Boomin, Raj served as a Frontend Developer & Team Lead at Purplebricks Group PLC from January 2017 to March 2020. Raj also worked as a Frontend Developer at REPL Group from March 2015 to January 2017.

Raj began their career as a Junior Developer at Haygarth in September 2014 and then worked as a Sales Consultant at Carphone Warehouse from March 2009 to January 2014. Raj also gained experience as a Christmas Sales Assistant at Marks and Spencer from November 2008 to January 2009, and as a Sales Associate at Exhall Post Office from June 2008 to November 2008.

Raj Maiton started their education at Nicholas Chamberliane Technology College, where they completed high school between 2007 and 2010. Following this, Raj attended Nottingham Trent University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia. In July 2018, Raj obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
