Rebekah Nugent

Rebekah Nugent has a diverse work history spanning various industries. Rebekah started their career as a Department Manager at IGA Supermarkets in 2007 and held the position until 2011. Following this, they joined the Australian Army, where they worked as a Psychology Assistant from October 2011 to December 2015. Rebekah then progressed to the role of Psychology Practice Manager from January 2016 to August 2018.

In 2018, Rebekah transitioned to the civilian sector and joined WithYouWithMe. Rebekah initially served as a Pathfinder Candidate Manager from August 2018 to January 2019, focusing on solving underemployment through innovative tech solutions and industry-leading training. Rebekah then advanced to the role of Pathfinder Team Leader from January 2019 to May 2020.

Rebekah's commitment to addressing underemployment led their to serve as the Head of Veteran Success at WithYouWithMe from May 2020 to May 2021. In this role, they provided individualized services to veterans, assisting them in finding their potential, upskilling, and securing purposeful careers.

Rebekah's contributions to WithYouWithMe were recognized, and they were appointed as the Head of Delivery from May 2021 to April 2022. In this position, they successfully oversaw the delivery of projects and managed the delivery team. Currently, Rebekah holds the position of Global Vice President of Delivery at WithYouWithMe, starting in April 2022.
