Tom Larter is an experienced leader with a diverse background, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of WithYouWithMe since May 2017. Throughout the tenure at WithYouWithMe, Tom has held multiple executive roles, including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Customer Officer, while contributing significantly to the company's mission of addressing digital skills shortages and supporting underrepresented talent. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Executive at WYWM Academy, focusing on innovative talent development through military-style assessments and targeted training. With a robust military background as a Captain in the Australian Army, Tom possesses exceptional personnel management skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and experience in training design and delivery. Tom holds a Master's degree in Business from UNSW and multiple qualifications in business and military operations management.
