Aishwarya Bhat

Program Director at WITI (Women in Technology International)

Aishwarya Bhat has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aishwarya currently holds the position of Director of Peoples Systems and Quality Systems at Intel Corporation, which they started in December 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Technical Advisor to the Corporate VP and GM of Product Enablement Solutions Group at Intel from June 2019 to December 2021.

Their previous roles at Intel include Senior Technical Program Manager, where they managed the Soft Intellectual Property portfolio, drove efficiency and agility through data analytics, and oversaw the delivery of software and firmware to various segments. Aishwarya also worked as a Product Owner, leading cross-functional product development teams for Intel Custom Foundry.

Earlier in their career at Intel, they held the positions of Software Manager, Software Validation Architect and Test Planning Manager, and Product Validation and Ramp Manager. These roles involved leading teams, developing validation methods, and ensuring high-quality product validation and ramp for NAND products.

Outside of Intel, Aishwarya Bhat served as a Program Director for WITI (Women in Technology International) in Sacramento starting from May 2013. In this role, they developed impactful programs for WITI Sacramento members, grew the chapter's influence through strategic partnerships with corporations, and contributed to the community.

Aishwarya Bhat holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University, earned between 1989 and 1993. They further pursued their education at California State University-Sacramento, where they obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1994 to 1997. In addition, Aishwarya Bhat obtained a certification in "Body Language for Authentic Leadership" from LinkedIn in March 2023.
