Nicole Rodriguez

Nicole Rodriguez is an experienced professional with a background in event management and project coordination. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at WITKOFF since January 2025, Nicole previously worked as a Senior Project Coordinator at the University of Miami Health System from July 2023 to January 2025. Nicole's career in event management includes a role as Events Manager at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Miami from September 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing public programs, special events, and logistics. Other positions include Client Liaison at Thierry Catering and Event Design and a casual worker in events management at the University of Miami. Nicole began a career with an internship at Chadbourne & Parke LLP in 2011. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sports Administration from the University of Miami, completed in 2013, and is a graduate of Greenwich High School.
