David Carroll

David Carroll has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. David started their career at First Data Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and later as a Senior Technical Operations Analyst and Implementation Manager. After that, they founded their own company, Panhandle Information Technology, where they served as the Business Owner. David then joined Accenture as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects within the business unit. Carroll later worked at Smart Chemical Solutions LLC as the Executive Director of Information Technology, where they developed an IT strategy to integrate multiple companies. David then served as the CIO at Gayland Ward Seed, successfully implementing Netsuite and leading various implementations. Before their current position as the Director of IT at Witmer Public Safety Group, Inc, Carroll was the Director of Information Technology at Davidson Oil Company, where they implemented Stampli AP automation and led various IT initiatives. Overall, Carroll has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, team management, implementation, and strategy development.

David Carroll attended American InterContinental University from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, they studied Information Technology at Amarillo College from 2002 to 2003.
