David then served as the CIO at Gayland Ward Seed, successfully implementing Netsuite and leading various implementations. Before their current position as the Director of IT at Witmer Public Safety Group, Inc, Carroll was the Director of Information Technology at Davidson Oil Company, where they implemented Stampli AP automation and led various IT initiatives. Overall, Carroll has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, team management, implementation, and strategy development.
