Marcel Fischer

Marcel Fischer is a Principal Electrical Engineer at WiTricity since March 2019, previously serving as a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer at Qualcomm from October 2011 to February 2019, where expertise included the development of wireless charging systems and circuit simulation. Prior to Qualcomm, Marcel worked at Ampegon from 2000 to 2011 as an Electro Engineer, focusing on high-power medium wave transmitters and product line expansion. Beginning in the field at the University of Zurich as an Electroniker, Marcel holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in Electrical Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, completed between 1997 and 2000, along with a Berufsmatura and training as an Elektroniker at ABB.
