Kamal Sharma

Kamal Sharma has worked in various roles in the IT sector since 2007. In 2007, they worked as an IT Services Consultant for Integrated Retail Management Consulting Pvt Ltd, where they worked with pre-sales and project managers to understand, document system requirements and suggest the best Retail pro Configuration practices. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Retail System Manager for Imaginasia Pte Ltd, providing Retail Pro managed services for their premium apparel brands. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst and RFID Project Lead for American Apparel, where their key responsibilities included formulating the corporate IT strategy with IT-Team, defining and implementing IT processes for HO and stores, and working with finance and Retail Ops for various MIS reporting requirements. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an IT Project Management Consultant for ICOREts Pvt Ltd. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager for ETP Group. Currently, they are a Project Manager for Wits Innovation Lab since 2022.

Kamal Sharma received their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wales, Cardiff in 2010. Kamal also holds certifications from IBM in Blockchain Essentials V2, which they obtained in June 2022, as well as Retail Pro V-8 and V-9 and Retailpro PRISM.
