Rebecca Franceschini

Rebecca Franceschini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and regulatory analysis. Currently serving as a Senior FOIA Analyst at ARETUM for the USDA Forest Service since May 2023, Franceschini previously worked as an FOIA Analyst II at the U.S. Department of Energy from April 2022 to May 2023. Additionally, Franceschini has been practicing law as an Attorney at Law and Notary Public at Franceschini-Calderón Law Office since June 2008. Franceschini holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, earned between 2004 and 2007.
