Richard van Nellestijn

Richard Van Nellestijn has extensive experience in the construction and property maintenance industry, beginning as an Onderhoudsschilder at Schildersbedrijf Eric van de Pol from 1997 to 1999. Following this role, Richard served as Voorman at Wits Veenendaal from 2000 to 2004. Since January 2000, Richard has held multiple positions at Wits Vastgoedonderhoud Nederland, currently functioning as Projectleider and previously as Uitvoerder. Richard's qualifications include key industry certifications such as VCA**, expertise in RGVO (Resultaat Gericht Vastgoed Onderhoud), and FSC Keurmerk. Richard's educational background includes completion of the Nimeto MTS and SVM/NIVO Bouwkunde programs, as well as obtaining training in Safety for Operational Managers (VCA).
